CARROTS!  One of the most common, most colorful, and most carroty veggies out there!  Carrots are loaded with vitamin A, which aids skin health, cancer prevention, and has anti-aging qualities.  They also have lots of antioxidants that promote cardiovascular health.  Baby carrots are great if you’re on the go, but remember that the skin is very healthy for you, so try to eat uncut whole carrots.  In comparison to other vegetables, carrots are high in natural sugars which will help boost your energy and keep you going till the very end!
